In what can only be described as the intro to treason and sedition, House Speaker (and Trump’s personal boot licker) Mike (got no) Johnson shown in the picture with 2 other seditionist traitors to democracy, House windbags (and Trump’s ball-washers), Chip Roy and Steve Scalise unable to look into the lens of the camera out of obvious shame and guilt as Johnson reports that the House has passed the SAVE Act. This is one of the pieces of legislation needed so that the next Republican President (they presume it will be Trump) can purge all voters that they deem to be ineligible once in office. The Bill PRETENDS to safeguard American Voter’s Eligibility, but like so many other smoke and mirror bills put out by these phonies, this bill will do quite the opposite. Ironically, it is just the 42ndbill passed by these Legislators…the absolute least productive Congress in our lifetime and to find a contender to unseat that dubious distinction, we would need to go back to the Civil War, but obviously, their hands were a little busy at the time, not so much with this current crop of Jerry Springer Show casting cuts.
First of all, the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 was signed into law by President Clinton. It ALREADY requires that all voter registrants MUST be citizens and sign an attestation under penalty of perjury that the information they provide is true. They must produce official documents to prove their citizenship. So why was this new bill passed???
Because Trump and the Heritage Foundation wanted it. In fact, on its own conservative website, the Heritage foundation tabulates voter fraud statistics since 2002. Using their own statistics, there were FEWER THAN 100 cases of non-citizen voting from 2002 to present, and that includes noncitizen registrations, even though they didn’t get to vote. To put that number into perspective, during that same time period, and using ONLY Presidential elections, 678 MILLION VOTES were cast… a mere 100 out of those 678 million. That is LESS THAN 0.000015%. You have a far greater chance of being struck by lightning AND being attacked by a shark on the same day than of an actual case of a noncitizen voting or even registering to vote in an election for President. But let’s face it. Facts don’t matter with the MAGA crowd. Soundbites, fearmongering, appeals to our basest of fears…rhetoric designed to incite and anger. These are their tools on an electorate all too willing and lazy to accept, without concern for validity, any and all of the lies and distortions offered by their candidate.
But the reason Trump and the Heritage Foundation want this bill to be passed and signed into law is so that they can have the enabling legislation in place for their REAL intentions.
Project 2025 and Agenda 47 want to fire career civil service employees in the FBI, Dept. of Justice and Homeland Security as well as dismantle Education Dept., Commerce and Environmental Protection. The plan is to replace civil service employees, who have no partisan loyalties, with vetted Trump loyalists who have already stated on their job application with the Heritage Foundation that they will follow Trump’s orders regardless of lawfulness or Constitutionality. With a Dept. of Homeland Security filled with those loyalists, The SAVE Act places responsibility for purging the voter registration lists with that very Department. And if you think that is coincidental, I have to admire your dedication to stupidity!!!! This is an integral piece of the plan that will limit voting rights to only those that Trump allows to remain on the voter registration lists. All power is concentrated with him…the 4th Reich and Fuhrer. This Act is nothing more than a rabid wolf in sheep’s clothes. And by the time anyone realizes it, it will be all over. MAGA supporters will be able to look over the rubble at their feet and the inhale the air polluted with the stench of burning flesh not unlike the Germans did after they permitted Hitler to kill the Jews. And no, this is not the MAGA invented “Trump Derangement Syndrome” meant to belittle anyone who might dare to question or criticize Trump’s incessant lying. These are facts written or spoken in Project 2025’s over 900-page manifesto written (81% of it, anyway) by Trump’s Senior Whitehouse Staff and Cabinet members DURING HIS PRESIDENCY WHILE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE WORKING FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE in 2018! They have all proudly penned their names to each chapter that they wrote or collaborated on. Again, this is all in their own words appearing separately by chapter. I have only drawn the connective lines between the chapters to illustrate how they interact to the detriment of democracy, our rights, and our fundamental right to vote. They have put it out there for anyone to see, but they are banking on the ignorance and laziness of the average citizen. They put it right under your noses and have been laughing at your ignorance for the past 6 years.
Only one political party wants to deny an American’s right to vote. Only one party has been enacting laws to stop non-existent voter fraud as a distraction, only one party wants to insert THEIR religious beliefs into government, regardless of the rest of the population’s beliefs, only one party has been stacking the courts in order to overturn centuries old laws and precedents that are increasingly giving more power to the President to act as a king and immunizing him from prosecution. The decision could not be clearer.
