12 JURORS CONCLUDE TRUMP IS GUILTY ON ALL 34 FELONY COUNTS
Trump, the first former President to ever be convicted of ONE felony charge, much less 34 declares the Judge and Prosecutor corrupt. Interesting. To anyone familiar with prosecutions, there are 12 jurors who see and hear the evidence and must make a ruling of guilt or innocence based on the evidence. The prosecutor is simply the opposing lawyer to the Defense lawyers and the judge presides to make sure both sides conduct their roles within the confines of the rules that apply to BOTH SIDES equally.
The jury must unanimously agree on the guilt of the person in felony cases. Unlike civil cases where only 9 of the 12 need to agree or administrative courts that need a “preponderance of evidence” which is essentially 50% + 1, the fact that all 12 concurred that Trump was guilty on all counts proves that neither the judge, nor the prosecutor led a witch hunt, but simply treated Trump, like any other person suspected of criminal activity. They present the evidence and let the jury decide… and decide they did.
Does it mean he will go to jail? Unlikely. Does it mean he can’t vote like the many felons his GOP colleagues have repeatedly stated cannot vote? Nope. He will be able to vote for himself unless he actually is in jail during the election which, as stated earlier is unlikely.
Trump has filed for bankruptcy 7 times, screwing workers out of wages, while he enjoyed lavish golf outings and jetted around the world in his private jet. Yet people claim he is a businessman and that is what we need in the Whitehouse. I’ve had a business and never filed for bankruptcy. Does that make me a better businessman worthy of sitting in the Whitehouse? Besides, do we REALLY want a businessman to run the country? Public agencies do not operate for profit…the operate FOR YOU, the public. Do you really think it would be a good idea to have agencies like the Food and Drug Agency run on a profit basis, or would you rather they run on a model that protects the public regardless of cost? Back in the early 1900’s, fire companies operated on a profit basis…if you did not pay their services, your house was left to burn. Your kids in it? Oh well. I guess you should have paid for their services. Profit models are fine for businesses, NOT for government that operates FOR THE PEOPLE…. not the dollar.
SO Trump is a convicted felon, 34 times over. His MAGA disciples ever more fervently behind him in direct conflict with their so-called patriotism and the tried-and-true GOP mantra of Law and Order. In contrast, Hillary Clinton was the subject of 9 separate GOP led Congressional hearings. The last one concluded the year she lost her bid for President, coincidently. Nothing political about that, of course. That last one alone cost taxpayers $7 million and it EXONERATED HER FROM ANY WRONGDOING, just like the 8 others before it. Still, it was here who got chants from MAGA cultists to jail her. Where are those same chants for Trump? And then there was the outrage over use of her personal email server (which had better encryption that the Government’s and had NO HACKS versus multiple hacks to the Government servers by multiple bad acting outside governments like China and Russia). Why? Oh, because it MIGHT have had sensitive material. Unlike the documents Trump took and knowingly and repeatedly tried to conceal which DID contain extremely sensitive information like our nuclear capabilities and our defense plans. What, no outrage from MAGA? The double standard and the projection of MAGA offenses on Democrats needs to be called 0ut for what it is. Pure and utter lies. Not stretches or bends of the truth. These are outright lies and the people screaming most about corruption are the ones who are most corrupt. It is the Nazi playbook. Whatever evil you commit, claim the other side is doing it. Tell big lies often enough until they become assumed facts. Call out the people who try to reveal the truth and label them the liars so that no one really knows fact from fiction. Trump and his ilk are very good at these deceptions. Voters need to be vigilant and research the claims. Try using non-partisan news agencies like Axios.com they have no slant… just the news so you can come to your own conclusions.
